What is Reve Medical Tourism about?

Complete the online membership application form, once accepted you will receive unlimited free support from our Tour Program Assistant (TPA)
After you receive a wealth of pertinent information that will allow you to decide if the Medical Tourism is right for you or not to this time.
The Consent Form
Your tour program assistant(TPA) will send you an electronic word document for you to sign(by typing your name, date, which will give us your consent to receive and disseminate your personal information just open the Document, complete the information and save then return it to us via Email.
Digitizing Medical Documents:
We will need to receive from you digital copies of these documents (MRI, X-rays, Photo set) after we can send them to our overseas physicians for a complete diagnosis
This process is in entire and total privacy with secure and compliance with HIPPA regulations. Our affiliated company (Superior Imaging Services) will help you digitizing your medical documents in complete privacy.
Medical Questioner: You will receive a complete Medical Questionnaire to best inform your surgeon about your medical history. This will warn your physician of any potential risk or conditions that may be necessary to know in conjunction with your procedures.
The medical trip can be modified since some procedures cannot be performed together.
Required treatments may be subject to changes according to the diagnosis and professional criteria, as well as some recommendations made by the patient’s personal doctor living abroad.
Pre-Existing Conditions: if the patient suffers from pre-existing conditions he/she must undergo a series of specific test according to the patient’s pathology and specialized medical personnel will be hired to assist the patient during the treatment.
The extra fees (not include in the package) must be covered with an additional down payment. Such deposit will be reimbursed to the patient if the services hired to treat the pre-existing condition are not used.
Unknown Pre-Existing conditions: is the medical test made prior to any medical test show evidence of a pre-existing disease or condition unknown to the patient that may complicate the procedure. Reve Medical Tourism will take the following precautionary measures:
A) The patient will be informed about his/her medical condition and the potential consequences on his/her health if the treatment is carried out.
B) Specific tests will be carried out by our a team of professional specialists if a specific patholgy is found we will hire a physician specificly to inform you and explain to you why you should or should not go ahead with your operation in this event a deposit (not include in this package) must be made to cover these expenses.
C) The deposit or balance will be reimbursed if there no need to use extra services related to the patient’s pre-existing condition.
Reve Medical Tourism and acting professionals will not carry out the treatment that may put the patient’s health at risk without taking all due processes necessary to protect the patients health.
Travel Options: Our (Tour Program Assistant) would have 2 options for travels dates.
Hotel: We will offer our 3 hotels and a guest house which are world class, in our accomodation box other accommodations are available ask and you will receive help, you will be provided all the information about our hotels which have been inspected by our team. Your yourself will book your hotel room we can also assist, your card will not be charged in advance only used as a method of reserving your room.
Visa: You can get all the information about Dominica Republic visa in our member services link can also be attained at the airport
Estimate: The definite payable amount for each procedure will be confirmed by the advisors after analyzing the case in particular, it is worth mentioning that inquiries made to the patient information center are for free and fail to create any legal obligation between the patient and Reve Medical Tourism.
Financing: Reve Medical Tourism has financing plan for U.S residents thanks to the partnership with Med Loan Finance that has a variety of financing plans, check our Customer services page for more details.
Trip Reservations, Payment Conditions, and Quotation: The patient shall make a down payment of 30 % of the total price for reservation in our US account the price agreed for a package purchased shall be valid for a term of 6 month as from the date of receipt of the reservation deposit. Once the aforementioned term expires, the package price will be modified according to the rates in effect at the moment of the patient’s trip. We can extend for 6 additional months if the patient pays 100% of the package purchased within the original validity term of 6 months, once this term expires, the package price will be modified according to the rates in effect at the moment of the patient’s trip.
The price balance of the package purchased shall be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. If one of patient would like to travel a shorter time than 30 days as from the date package is purchased, they shall pay 100 % of the price for reservation.
If the package price exceeds USD 6,000.00 the patient may choose the arrival date at their convenience and they pay 100% of the package price for reservation, otherwise, it shall be subject to availability.
If a patient closed a deal without confirming a date, their arrival shall be subject to service availability.
Communication with your Surgeon: Through of this process we will facilitate questions that you may have for your chosen surgeon through Email
Please follow this Steps Carefully:
1): Booking your Procedure; We will request your preferred doctor consultation and surgery date, after receiving notice that these dates are available, we can move forward and you can book your ticket and hotel.
2): Booking Air travel: you must book your tickets within 7 days .
3): Booking your hotel through our hotel partners you are ready.
Tour Destination Assistant: After selecting your destination for your medical tourism you will be offered the services of the Tour Destination Assistant (TDA).
Pre-Travel: Before traveling you will be provided with host information about the destination and more detailed information that you need.
Departure: as you board the plane you begin your Medical Tourism trip
Arrival: You will be received at the Airport by of Tour Destination Assistant if you so wish .The TDA is Bilingual and fully conversant in the handling of any problems that may arise on your health tourism trip. This person will accompany you in all your medical appointments and medical treatments and see that your needs are catered to .Takeyou to your hotel asre your room is to your comfort and announce your arrival to Reve Medical
Pre-Surgery: Within 24 hours of your arrival you will visit your doctor’s office at the clinic or hospital, for the pre-surgery consultation the doctor will review your medical transcripts and conduct additional test to ensure that you are ready for your procedure...
Surgical Procedure: Your procedure will be performed by the surgeon that you selected at a world-class medical facility utilizing state of the art equipments.
Recuperation: When the doctor is satisfied with your condition, you will be released from the hospital and driven back to your hotel for the recuperation process.
Post treatment: After recuperation if the surgeon is satisfied with your progress, you may be given authorization to enjoy some of the interesting attractions offered. You can make arrangements with your Tour Program Assistant, hotel or local travel Excursion Company.
Return: Upon your arrival home your Tour Program Assistant will be available with any future requiment.
