Five Day Four Night Getaway in Ghana

Day One

Your arrival will be at Kotoka International Airport, Accra. You will be greeted and assisted once you have completed the immigration and customs formalities. After arrival, you will be given an orientation of the program and general information about Accra and Ghana. You will also be able to purchase food and a local sim chip and credit. We will transfer you to Sankofa Beach House.
Lunch or dinner may be at the Beach House or in town depending upon the time of your arrival.

Day Two

After breakfast, the Tour Guide will take you on a sightseeing tour of Accra, Ghana's political and administrative capital, a city with a blend of colonial and modern images. You will visit the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Black Star Square. Following the tour of the Nkrumah Memorial, you will have an introduction to shopping at the Arts Center Bazaar in the Center for National Culture. You can buy gifts like the popular Woodin fabric, "Kente" cloth, fabrics, carvings, leather goods and jewelry, as well as a host of other souvenir items.
After lunch, you will have the option of spending some time at the largest market in Accra, Mokola Market. As an alternative, you are welcome to take advantage of our specialty shopping tour that is designed to your shopping needs and goes to places off the tourist track. Dinner will be at one of the restaurants in Accra. An evening visiting Accra's dancing and drinking spots is optional. There will be transportation available should you desire to go out in the evening.

Day Three

The day will be spent at Sankofa Beach House where you will get a chance to relax, have an ocean bar-b-que lunch and dinner.
Optional Sunday activities include an afternoon of golf or a trip to Cape Coast Castle and Kakum National Park.

Day Four

The day will be spent at Sankofa Beach House where you will get a chance to relax, have an ocean bar-b-que lunch and dinner.

Day Five

You will check in at the airport for your departure to Lagos.
