DAY ONE: DEPART U.S.
You’ll depart on your overnight transatlantic flight to Dublin, Ireland from the U.S.
DAY TWO: DUBLIN/KILKENNY
Upon arrival at Dublin airport, you’ll be met by your ‘family’ of Devlin tour professionals and transferred to your Hotel in the beautiful town of Kilkenny in the south east of Ireland. Known as the ‘Marble City’ the town is dominated by a beautiful Cathedral at one end and Castle at the other and will be an our fitting home for the next two nights.Tonight they’ll be a welcome dinner held in your honor.

DAY THREE: WATERFORD/ NEW ROSS
What better way to start the Irish portion of our tour than a visit to the world famous Waterford crystal factory. We’ll enjoy a guided tour of the workshops and, of course, plenty of time for those first souvenirs. The town of Waterford has been described as the ‘noblest quay in Europe’, and we’ll have time to explore the streets of this striking town. Later in the day, we’ll visit New Ross, the birthplace of the Kennedy family and the lovely JFK memorial park.

DAY FOUR: ENNISCORTHY/ POWERSCOURT
Saying farewell to Kilkenny we venture east to Enniscorthy and the Wexford Heritage Center, where we’ll learn more about the 1798 uprising. We’ll journey north through the ‘garden of Ireland’, the breathtaking Wicklow national park, visiting Avoca and Glendalough before taking in the magnificent Powerscourt House and Gardens. Laid out in the 18th Century, Powerscourt Gardens are undoubtedly one of Europe’s finest floral displays. Continuing north, we’ll end our day in Ireland’s majestic capital of Dublin, our home for the next two nights.

DAY FIVE: DUBLIN
Our day will begin with a guided tour of this beautiful city. From Trinity College, home of the Book of Kells, to Phoenix Park, home of the Irish President, we will see all the city has to offer. This afternoon will be at leisure to either explore more of the sights or enjoy Dublin’s eclectic shopping scene. Tonight we’ll enjoy a farewell dinner, as we bid farewell to the Emerald Isle.

DAY SIX: LARNE/ EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND
Pack your Bagpipes and Kilt, we’re heading to Scotland!!Driving into Northern Ireland, we’ll catch our boat at the port of Larne, for the short crossing to Stranraer in the south west of Scotland. Upon arrival, we’ll journey to our base hotel in the Edinburgh area.

DAY SEVEN: EDINBURGH/ HOLYROOD PALACE
A guided tour of Scotland’s majestic capital, Edinburgh, will begin our day, including visits to Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace, site of the Queen’s annual summer tea party. The rest of your day will be free to enjoy this great city at leisure.

DAY EIGHT: CALLANDER/ ABERFOYLE
We bid farewell to Edinburgh as we journey north past Stirling and into the Trossachs. Our first stop will be the pretty village of Callander where we’ll visit the Rob Roy visitor center, where we’ll learn more about this colorful character known as Scotland’s ‘Robin Hood’. Continuing west we’ll visit the Scottish Wool Center in Aberfoyle, we’ll learn more about life as a sheep farmer, and have a chance to see, up close and personal, the many varieties of sheep that abound in Scotland. We’ll end our day at our lovely hotel on the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.

DAY NINE: ISLANDS OF MULL & IONA
We first climb to the pass aptly named the ’rest and be thankful’ as we take a mountain tour through some spectacular scenery, journeying through the picturesque little town of Inverary and onto the lovely fishing port of Oban. We’ll catch the ferry to the beautiful Island of Mull and visit the town of Tobermory, with its multi colored houses and rich nautical history. From there we’ll catch a foot ferry to the tiny Island of Iona, the birthplace of Christianity in Scotland. This fascinating Island is home to the shrine of St. Columba, housed inside the beautiful Cathedral, the only building of any note on the Island. We’ll return to Loch Lomondside for our very special farewell dinner.

DAY TEN: RETURN TO U.S.
After Breakfast, you’ll be transferred to Glasgow Airport for your flight back to the U.S, where the Devlin "family" will bid you a fond farewell.
